Physiotherapists use a carefully planned programme of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy with a hands on approach. You do not need a referral from your GP but we can liaise closely with them if required.

Our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and are recognised by the Health Professions Council. In addition they are members of the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ASPCM).

Helen Allan is a Chartered Physiotherapist, trained at West Middlesex University Hospital, Twickenham and qualified in 1981. Since qualifying she has worked in a variety of hospitals and settings, gaining wide experience in many aspects of physiotherapy.
